Overview:
Fortunately, one of our main vegetable suppliers, Judit Magasdi, is not only very much at home in the garden, but also in the world of fermentation. Her workshops in Nagykanizsa are always fully booked, and it's no coincidence—she knows how to convey the know-how of fermentation in such a way that we can't wait to get home and get started. At this workshop, we will be making fermented vegetables together, but we will also talk about fermented drinks, the physiological effects of fermented foods, and chemical-free gardening. 🥬🥒🍴
Details:
The program costs 14,800 HUF per person, which includes the workshop, fermented vegetables prepared together, coffee, non-alcoholic refreshments, and snacks. Registration: on the belokalista.hu website and on Tixa.
