Local Workshop - A pasta workshop with Ricsi

Overview:

Now, this topic is particularly close to our hearts, because we don't just make simple pasta dishes, but also classics such as hájas kráfli (pork and cabbage) and szilvás derelye (plum dumplings). And, of course, our two favorites from the menu: spinach-stuffed wide noodles with butter sauce and pita chimichurri sauce with Angus beef. Meanwhile, we get out the pasta machine, fire up the grill, and enjoy the arrival of spring 🌷.

Details:

Location: Lokal at Lake restaurant, during closing hours, so the restaurant kitchen is exclusively ours! If the weather is good, we will also use the roof terrace, and even in the worst case scenario, we can still enjoy a drink and the wonderful panorama of Lake Balaton 🥂

Workshop price: 19,900 HUF / person

The price includes the workshop, a shared lunch made from the dishes prepared during the workshop, unlimited homemade non-alcoholic drinks (juice and apple juice) and a glass of wine, so you don't just get it in the sauce 🍷😉
