People basically want peace, love, and harmony, so why do we hurt each other?

How should we respond to those who hurt us?

Some people believe that anger is dangerous and should not be allowed; they are the ones who suppress their feelings, while others know nothing else because they grew up surrounded by anger.

We are all wounded, we all struggle with our relationship to our wounds. However, if we ignore our wounds, they take root within us in the form of anger and bitterness.

Anger is a completely understandable emotion, it is justified, and difficulties arise when someone "gets stuck" in this state, they consume themselves and are unable to move on from certain things.

Forgiveness is an integral part of our individual and relational health and development.

Very important

Forgiveness is not the same as forgetting; it does not undo what has happened! So how long should we hold a grudge, and how can we hold a grudge "properly"?

Should we and can we always forgive? How? How many times? Why is it so difficult? What misconceptions prevent us from forgiving?

The lecture explores such questions while shedding light on misconceptions and the necessity and feasibility of forgiveness.

We are confident that those who come to this performance before Christmas will be able to prepare for the holiday with a lighter heart, sitting down at the table with their relatives and friends.
Everyone is warmly welcome!
