The original title of this show, LOOD refers to tales and level (the tool), prefacing a series of lopsided maneuvers and balance-seeking acts.
The stories we tell ourselves each day, finding one’s way in a world out of joint – Renate Keerd’s physical theater gives a deep subject a thoroughly enjoyable rendering. Its fun and accessible gestures don’t require any interpreting, though the little Estonian dialogue will be subtitled. Veszprém welcomes the production by Tartu’s Uus Teater, a treat for seasoned theatergoers and complete novices alike.
