DESCRIPTION:Here’s your chance to learn how to SUP from professional instr
 uctors—completely free of charge! Over the course of four sessions\, you’
 ll start with a theoretical introduction\, then learn the basics of paddl
 ing technique\, followed by an exciting paddle through the reeds where yo
 u can put what you’ve learned into practice. Finally\, we’ll wrap up the 
 course with a sunset tour. The sessions build on each other\, but you can
  also attend them individually.\n\nAfter the course\, we’ll also organize
  three community SUP outings\, where you can get to know not only Lake Ba
 laton’s wildlife but also the neighbors of Káptalanfüred. :) \n\nCOURSE:\
 nModule 1: SUP Fundamentals Training – Safety and Theory\nTheoretical pre
 paration for participants on safe waterfront behavior and mastering the b

  years of age or older may participate in the course\; for minors\, a par

 ed out on-site. Minors may only participate in community SUP tours under 
 parental supervision. \n\nCANCELLATION: if you are unable to attend the p

 y sign up for the available spot.\n\nCAPACITY: a maximum of 15 participan
 ts for both the course and the tours. \n\nEQUIPMENT: we can provide SUP b
 oards and life jackets for 10 course participants\; 5 participants may us
 e their own equipment for the programs. Wearing a life jacket is mandator
 y during the course! On the community SUP tours\, everyone must use their
