HÉVIZIBIVALY Duathlon 2026

Have you ever paddled in the warm waters of the Hévíz stream in winter? Rowing, running and an unforgettable atmosphere await you on February 28!

🚣‍♂️🏃 Do you want to exercise outdoors even in winter? The HÉVIZIBIVALY (roughly: Hévíz Water Buffalo) Duathlon is back with a new challenge: rowing on the Héviz stream and running on the embankment – a total of approx. 22 km!

🌍 A sustainable event where performance and environmental protection go hand in hand.

📍 Location: Héviz Creek (start: at the southern outlet sluice of Lake Héviz)

📅 Date: Saturday, February 28, 2026

🕘 Start: 09:00

🚣 Distances: paddling/rowing ~9.9 km | running ~11.5 km

🥤 Depot: Fenékpuszta – refreshments, refueling

🏁 Finish: Hévizi Tófürdő beach (spectators can enter without a ticket)

👥 Capacity: max. 250 people

🥇 Categories: kayak/racing kayak individual, SUP individual, men's-women's-mixed canoe pairs, men's and mixed canoe trios

🎫 Entry fees: individual 12,100 HUF, pairs 20,600 HUF, trios 29,000 HUF with own equipment

🛶 Limited number of canoes available for rent: availability can be checked continuously on the event website (+20,000 HUF)
