Háromszék Dance Ensemble: From Home to Homeland

A journey of music and dance with the Háromszék Dance Ensemble of Sepsiszentgyörgy
NThis is a big undertaking. We are leaving the familiar Transylvanian landscapes, among whose mountains and plains we feel at home. We leave the region whose culture has been part of our lives since childhood and speak it almost as a mother tongue. We are heading westwards, taking a deep dive into the world of the peasants there, which, although part of the same spiritual culture, has so many different values. We do this with as much dedication as the Szeklers of Bukovina or Visk before us. We will encounter both ancient elements and the civilised traditions of urban fashions, but we will also have the opportunity to show what we have brought from home.
