The rich program features stage, church, and entertainment music, original compositions, and transcriptions, featuring the great masters of French, Italian and German Baroque music: Lully, Durante, Buxtehude, and Johann Sebastian Bach, as well as the pre-classical generation with a performance of a symphony by Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach.
The guest list for this memorable concert includes internationally renowned pianist Dejan Lazić, who will perform one of Johann Sebastian Bach's greatest concertos, Piano Concerto in D minor, originally written for harpsichord. The conductor of this Baroque evening, which will feature excerpts from Händel's popular Water Music, will be Tibor Bogányi, who is equally at home in every era of music history.
