Overview:
Our guest will be Judit Gálik, editor of Gaztronómia blog and a forest gastronome, who will introduce us to the secrets of wild edible plants. We will prepare a wild herb pesto, which you can of course take home with you, but there will also be a talk about the use and storage of the plants. 🌿🥣
The price includes the workshop, the jointly prepared pesto, coffee, non-alcoholic refreshments, and a small breakfast snack. ☕
