Don't stay silent! Topics that need to be discussed – with a focus on sports psychology.

Overview

πŸ”₯ Crisis in sports – take it seriously! The 4th Hungarian Sports Psychology Conference this year brings up the most serious, yet often overlooked topics: career change, eating disorders, and bullying. The aim of the two-day event is not only to talk about these issues, but to truly understand them, process them, and move forward together.

🎯 In the program, renowned experts, athletes, and coaches share their experiences, while interactive workshops and in-depth help participants recognize and manage the mental challenges inherent in sports. A conference that shines a spotlight not only on successes, but also on the difficulties that lie behind them.
